Office Coordinator
We have an opening for Office Coordinator preferably female which is ideal part-time job for students who can spare 8-10 hours per week split as 2-3 hours per day on alternate days. You have a choice to work either the first half or second half OR full day on Saturdays whatever suits your schedule related to studies.
This is a part time position.
Office Coordinator Skills
You need fluent written and spoken English, some accounting knowledge and some knowledge or interests in web design and development business will be an added advantage.
Office Coordinator Duties
You will be responsible for
- Various Administration tasks like follow ups with vendors and clients
- Writing communication and checking updates with production teams
- Preparing various types of reports as required
- Handling petty cash expenses and keeping track of expenses
- Managing Payrolls and Employee benefits records
- regular office supplies purchase and restocking
