Case Study

In December 2008, Clean Fuel India mentioned  a need for a tool to manage their to-do list more effectively and they were looking for an online solution that is available 24X7 from all parts of the world. Also they wanted a daily morning reminder to all team members with a list of open tasks and and tasks which are overdue to be sent by email. Besides they needed a summary email for the Managing Director in the evening which mentions what was done today and who was responsible. This along with the comments from the member who did an action on the task assigned to them.

We did some research looking for an existing solution that can be hosted on their server, can provide these features and functionality as required and is extensible in future to accommodate for any new features. Ultimately, we zeroed in, deciding that we will need to suggest a Custom Programming solution as this might need various changes and enhancements during development and after this is put into use.

After about 30 days, we had our first presentation about the work done on this and did get some great feedback from them because the system we designed was on the lines of what they needed but when using this, they came up with a few more suggestions on how this can be improved further and put to final use by the team members. We made the changes and the system was ready to go live and put through some real life testing.

At present, the system is in use at Clean Fuel India and they do have a great vision to use technology to overcome anything that takes a lot of their time and resources for something that can be simplified by using a solution that can make things easier for them and help them save the time and resources.

This Business Application is programmed using PHP Programming and MySQL Programming.
